Terms & Conditions — EduNext Academy Teacher Appointment
1. Probation Period: All teachers appointed to EduNext Academy serve an initial probation period of 3 months. Confirmation of appointment is subject to satisfactory performance during this period.
2. Confidentiality: Teachers are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information, proprietary teaching materials, curriculum content, pricing, and all internal Academy communications.
3. Curriculum Compliance: All teaching must strictly follow the EduNext Academy curriculum framework. Teachers may not introduce external materials or methodologies without prior written approval from the Academic Head.
4. Attendance & Punctuality: Teachers are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time. A minimum of 4 hours' notice is required for cancellations. More than 2 unexcused absences per month may result in a salary deduction or termination.
5. Code of Conduct: Teachers must maintain professional behaviour with students, parents, and colleagues at all times. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate dismissal.
6. Non-Solicitation: Teachers may not directly solicit students of EduNext Academy for private tuitions or competing programmes during their tenure and for 12 months after resignation.
7. Intellectual Property: All teaching materials, worksheets, lesson plans, and content created during employment remain the intellectual property of CRECT Trust / EduNext Academy.
8. Notice Period: A minimum notice period of 30 days is required before resignation. Failure to serve the notice period may result in salary deduction equivalent to the notice period.
9. Payment: Salaries will be credited on the 5th of each month. Per-session payments will be settled on the 1st of the following month. TDS will be deducted as per applicable tax regulations.
10. Background Check: Appointment is subject to satisfactory background and document verification. Any false information in this application will result in immediate disqualification or termination.
11. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this appointment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
