I consent to EduNext Academy (CRECT Trust) collecting and storing the personal information provided in this form for the purpose of enrolment, communication, and administration. This data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
2. Photograph & Media Consent
I consent to my child / ward being photographed or recorded during academy activities for use in academy publications, social media, and promotional materials. I understand I may withdraw this consent in writing at any time.
3. Medical Treatment Consent
In the event of a medical emergency where I am unreachable, I authorise EduNext Academy staff to seek appropriate medical attention for my child at the nearest available facility. I accept responsibility for any resulting costs.
4. Rules & Regulations Agreement
I have read, understood, and agree to abide by EduNext Academy's Rules and Regulations including attendance policy, fee payment schedule, conduct expectations, and any other policies communicated by the academy. I understand that violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of enrolment without refund of fees.
