Student name, age, grade, and school name
Parent/guardian name, mobile number, and email address
Payment information (processed securely via Razorpay — we do not store card details)

Usage Information

Course progress, quiz scores, and assessment results
Login timestamps and session duration
Device type and browser information

To create and manage your student account
To deliver course content and track progress
To send account credentials, progress reports, and important notifications
To process payments and issue certificates
To improve our courses and platform experience
To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted via Railway (cloud infrastructure). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords, HTTPS connections, and access controls. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Payment Data

All payments are processed by Razorpay (a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway). EduNext Academy does not store credit/debit card numbers. We only store the Razorpay Order ID and Payment ID for transaction records.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for students aged 4–14. Account registration must be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Razorpay — payment processing (razorpay.com/privacy)
Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional emails
Railway — server hosting

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, and withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

9. Data Retention

We retain student data for the duration of active enrolment and up to 2 years after the last activity, unless deletion is requested earlier.
