How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We do not use your information for advertising and we never sell it.
When you enrol, book a demo or give us your number, you agree that we may contact you about your child's classes. These are service messages, not advertisements. We send them by:
Meta and Telegram process these messages under their own privacy policies. We receive delivery and read status for WhatsApp messages and use it only to know whether a message reached you. If you reply to us on WhatsApp, we store your reply so that our team can read and answer it. Replies are used only to respond to you and to look after the student's classes.
Stopping messages. You can ask us at any time to stop WhatsApp, Telegram or email messages, or to send them to a different number or address, by writing to support@crect.org or calling +91 94451 57447. Please note that we may still need to contact you about payments or the safety and security of an account.
Online classes are held in our own live class portal. During a class, the teacher can see which students have joined, and students see the teacher's lesson screen. We use this information only to run the class. Parents should supervise young children during classes.
Your data is stored on secure servers in cloud infrastructure provided by Railway. We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted passwords, HTTPS connections, signed access tokens and role-based access, so that teachers and staff see only what they need. Access to the message log and to parents' replies is limited to authorised centre staff. We never sell your data to third parties.
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. EduNext Academy does not store credit/debit card numbers. We only keep the Razorpay Order ID and Payment ID, the amount and the period covered, for our records and receipts.
We use session cookies and similar browser storage to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though the student portal may then not work properly.
Our services are intended for students aged 4–14. Registration and communication are with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent, and we do not send marketing messages to children.
We share only what each service needs to do its job, such as a phone number and the text of a message.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete your data, and withdraw consent (for example to messages) at any time by contacting us.
To have a student's account and personal data deleted, or to have your messages and WhatsApp replies removed, email support@crect.org from the email address on the account (or call +91 94451 57447), and tell us the student's name and the parent's mobile number. We will confirm your identity, delete the data within 30 days, and tell you when it is done. We may keep a limited record where the law requires it, for example payment and receipt records.
We keep student data for the duration of active enrolment and up to 2 years after the last activity, unless deletion is requested earlier. Message records and WhatsApp replies are kept for the same period.
We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make an important change, we will tell parents by email or WhatsApp.
