Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Digital Deliverables (Instant)

The following are delivered digitally with no shipping required:

• Login credentials — emailed immediately after payment confirmation
• Course content — available instantly after account creation
• Digital certificates — emailed as PDF within 7 days of level/course completion
• Progress reports — available in the student dashboard

2. Physical Items

2.1 Medals (Summer Camp & Competitions)

• Offline students — medals awarded in person on the final day of the batch/event
• Online students — medals couriered to the registered address within 15 working days after the event
• Shipping charges for courier: ₹60–₹120 depending on location (within India only)

2.2 Printed Certificates (on request)

• Available on special request at ₹100 per certificate + shipping
• Delivered within 10–15 working days

3. Shipping Partners

We use reputed courier services (Delhivery, India Post, or BlueDart) for physical item delivery. A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp/email once the item is dispatched.

4. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all pin codes within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Exchange / Replacement

• If a physical item is received damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo.
• We will arrange a free replacement for damaged or incorrect items.
• Replacements are shipped within 7 working days of approval.

6. Lost Shipments

If your shipment does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us with your tracking number. We will follow up with the courier and arrange a replacement if the item is confirmed lost.

7. Address Changes

Shipping address changes must be requested before the item is dispatched. Contact us at support@crect.org immediately if your address has changed.
