1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduNext Academy's website, mobile application, or any services provided by CRECT Trust ("EduNext", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About EduNext Academy

EduNext Academy is operated by CRECT Trust, a registered educational trust based at No. 6, Colony Main Road, Crawford, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We offer Phonics and Abacus learning programmes for students of ages 4–14, delivered both online and offline.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Students or their guardians must provide accurate information during registration. Each account is for a single student's personal use only.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@crect.org if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Course Access & Validity

• Course access is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
• Phonics Foundation: 6 months from date of purchase.
• Full Phonics Programme: 12 months from date of purchase.
• Abacus Levels 1–8: 2–3 months per level as specified.
• Summer Camp: Duration of the registered batch.
• Access will be automatically deactivated upon expiry.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, assessments, and software on the EduNext platform are the exclusive intellectual property of CRECT Trust. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Code of Conduct

Users agree not to: share login credentials, engage in disruptive behaviour during online sessions, upload offensive content, attempt to hack or manipulate the platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer

EduNext Academy provides educational content in good faith. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Results may vary based on individual effort, consistency, and engagement with the programme.

8. Limitation of Liability

CRECT Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
