Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our fair and transparent refund policy for all EduNext courses and programmes.

⚠️ Please read this policy carefully before making a payment. All sales are final after the refund window.
1. Course Purchases (Phonics & Abacus)
Refund Window
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if the student has not accessed more than 2 lessons.
- 8–15 days of purchase: 50% refund, subject to review.
- After 15 days: No refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
- If the student has completed a level test or certification exam
- If a digital certificate has been issued
- If the account has been used for more than 3 lessons
2. Summer Camp
- Cancellation more than 7 days before batch start: Full refund minus ₹200 processing fee.
- Cancellation 3–7 days before batch start: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before batch start: No refund.
- No-show on camp day: No refund.
- Batch cancellation by EduNext: Full refund within 5 working days.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@crect.org with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Course]"
- Include your Razorpay Payment ID and reason for cancellation
- Our team will review and respond within 2 working days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method
4. Batch Transfer (Summer Camp)
Instead of a refund, you may request a free transfer to another batch if requested at least 5 days before your original batch start date. Only one transfer is allowed per registration.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to your course, contact us immediately. We will either resolve the issue within 48 hours or provide a pro-rata extension to your access period.
